Olympic Attitude

Olympian Barb Lindquist World #1 Triathlete at a coaching session with High Performance Coach Gerry Donaldson in Jackson Hole, Wyoming, USA.

What does it take to possess an Olympic Attitude?

Do you have the answer?

We worked with top athletes in their field to identify key traits that were apparently unique to athletes who delivered Peak Performance in their chosen sporting field.

Some of the findings highlighted that Inspiration beyond what you and I might call ' normal limits ' was evident. As was having a fantastic level of Motivation to succeed. When it came to goal setting, the Execution of the goals was regarded as king among the goal related factors and they all had an uncanny ability to overcome Adversity.

All of this and more was embraced in what they liked to call Their Community’ which encompassed the support teams near and far.

The two words that ranked highly were their Self Awareness, of who and what they were as an athlete and the levels of committed Authenticity that drove them to succeed.

These Olympic traits were also found in the normal person, the man or woman on the street. You might not be an Olympian but you can still strive to succeed to the best levels that you can.

Think you have what it takes to be an Olympian?

We're giving you the chance to find out. It's free, no obligation, as the results help us with our future product development, so we'll thank you in advance for completing the on-line questionnaire.
