We recently spoke to an audience of around 70 business leaders during one of the Regus events held in their new offices at Eurocentral.

Gerry Donaldson, Managing Director spoke on the subject of Business Discipline and why now more than ever, having this mind-set could make the difference between success and failure.

Some of the messages embraced by the attendees were that of awareness of the role and how to best focus on being authentic to what the role you are doing actually requires. With the ever changing parameters we find ourselves in today, having discipline is critical to quite frankly, keep you on track. It’s too easy to get side-tracked whilst trying to be dynamic to all things at all times.

Another key message that came from the evening was the need to establish a solid communication strategy throughout your business. Without it, you simply cannot fully appreciate the bigger picture and if you can’t as the business leader, how do you think your staff feel?
