Jim Mather, Enterprise Minister Opening The new Offices

Developing Leadership That Fly’s In The Wind.

Gaia Wind is one of the country’s leading renewable energy companies and have just moved into their new premises in Port Dundas.

Johnnie Andringa, the MD acknowledges that they are off to a fantastic start. They currently produce 4 turbines a week and want to double that by the end of the year. It’s also about what they are building in terms of jobs and legacy and that’s what makes their leadership and vision so critical.

Jim Mather, The Enterprise Minister was on hand to formally open the new premises assisted by Lena Wilson, Chief Executive of Scottish Enterprise.

The work we're currently doing is to allow the Leadership to truly envision the outcome and then create all of the components required to ensure the vision meets the actions of the entire team.

Being at the forefront of your industry is critical to ensure that what you do as an organisation, how you lead that vision and what those actions create make the ideas transform into a reality. It’s those decisions you take that make the difference between being in the industry or at the leading edge of it.

Talk to us and find out how we can help your organisation gain the competitive advantage through the leadership you demonstrate.
