Patronage was held by His Highness Lieutenant General Sheikh Saif Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior and was the host at the awards, where organisations were acknowledged for recognising the required consistency that adopted the best practice and strived to look for new ways to achieve customer service excellence by challenging traditional thinking.
Last week saw the 2nd edition of the UAE’s Customer Service Week awards which were held in The Sheraton Hotel in Abu Dhabi. We were delighted to be the Keynote speaker on both Measuring Customer Service Talent and on Leadership.
Gerry Donaldson, Managing Director addressed the attendees and spoke of the techniques used across other regions and how the UAE was poised to take advantage of these leading edge practices.
He said “ that the UAE is well placed to establish itself as a Centre Of Excellence in business practice, whether that’s world class Customer Service or the most Innovative and Creative Leadership that’s currently setting the standards. They are in a very unique position to propel themselves forward to become one of the leading lights in understanding what it takes to drive performance in the talent, the organisations and as a nation.”
