Gerry Donaldson Addressing The NSPCC Senior Leadership Conference

The NSPCC held their latest Senior Leadership Conference in their Training & Development centre in Leicester.

The purpose was to further develop the ability of the Leadership team and align that great talent to the NSPCC Strategy driven by CEO Andrew Flanagan.

Part of the message was to talk about what Leadership meant to them and why they are unique in their standing and as such, deserve the very special kind of professional qualities that each and every one of them must possess to deliver their services.

Their commitment to early intervention is critical as they believe this is the area that has the potential to produce the best impact in halting cruelty and abuse of any kind to children. 

They have re-engineered the charity and provided mechanisms which maximise any donation given to its fullest extent. A fact that they are very proud of!
